Road Marking

Road marking is a kind of device or material that is used on a road surface in order to convey official information. Road markings are used on paved or concrete roadways and runways to provide guidance and information to drivers and pedestrians.

Thermoplastic Marking (TP)

Thermoplastic is so named because the mixture of plasticizer and resins that serves to hold all of the other ingredients together exist as a solid at room temperature, but becomes liquid when heated.

The key variables that influence the durability and ret roreflectivity performance of thermoplastic markings are road surface, quality of road, application procedure, traffic flow and environment.

Chlorinated Rubber Marking (CR)

It is easily applicable on every kinds of asphalt or concrete road by roll, brush or with the help of machine spray. For best result of CR markings, the application place must be cleaned off from mud, dust, water, oil and other materials. After applying to surface, normally it takes 30 to 45 minutes for drying. The key variables that influence the durability and retroreflectivity performance of CR markings are road surface, quality of road, application procedure, traffic flow and environment. CR paints are normally refreshed after every six months. CR paints are a preferred choice due to the following features:

  • Good chemical & water resistance
  • Plasticizer Chlorinated Rubber base
  • Low cost
  • Application via roller or spray machines
